Frequently Asked Questions

I just got into a crash. What should I do first?
After securing any emergency needs, call SGI to report the claim. Once you have your claim number, call us immediately at (306)-519-2160. We will guide you through the next steps and schedule your vehicle’s drop-off for the free quote
Do I have to wait for SGI to send an adjuster before I bring my car to you?
No. As an SGI Accredited shop in Regina, you can bring your vehicle directly to us. We will conduct the initial appraisal, take necessary photos and measurements, and submit the complete estimate to SGI for approval. Bringing it to us immediately speeds up the entire process.
Do you offer Courtesy vehicles or rentals while my car is being repaired?

Yes, we can help arrange a rental vehicle for you. We work with major rental companies and can ensure your coverage options are reviewed so your downtime is minimized.

My car has safety features (like lane assist). Can you repair and re-Calibrate those?
Yes, we are fully trained and equipped for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Calibration. After any collision repair, we ensure your safety sensors, cameras, and systems are calibrated back to manufacturer specifications—it is a critical step for modern vehicle safety.
Will you use cheaper parts to save the insurance company money?
Absolutely not. We work for you. As an I-CAR Gold Class and OEM Certified shop, we are committed to using the highest-quality parts—including Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts when necessary—to restore your vehicle’s safety, function, and resale value. We always follow manufacturer repair procedures.
How do you guarantee 100% color accuracy for the paint?
Our paint department uses advanced digital color-matching technology (spectrometry) rather than relying on visual matching. This system precisely identifies your original color formula and factors in any natural fade, allowing us to mix a custom color that guarantees a flawless, seamless match.
How long does a typical service take?
The SGI Light Vehicle Inspection is typically required for vehicles being registered from out-of-province or being used for ridesharing services (like Uber/Skip). We thoroughly examine critical safety items, including brakes, steering, suspension, lights, and tires, to guarantee optimal performance and roadworthiness.
Can I drop off my car and pick it up later?
Yes. We proudly back all our workmanship with a Good [Specific Term, e.g., Lifetime] Warranty on the labor and paint finish for as long as you own the vehicle.
