I wouldn’t recommend anyone going this shop. I was there to get my SGI inspection report done for my 2020 Toyota Corolla vehicle. They said my vehicle needs alignment and charge me $268. I am like ok. After, the inspection they made the situation worse. My steering feels way tighter, i felt immediately that something not right. I went back and the owner refuse to do anything about it and said there is nothing wrong with it. While, I can clearly feel the feedback of the steering wheel wasn’t the same it was before. I don’t know how they are SGI Certified. Wouldn’t recommend anyone.
The lady who deals with customers was a great help to get my cars repairs done within a short amount of time and get my car back out to me asap, if I ever need work done will definitely be going back!
Took a truck in for an SGI inspection and failed it. Now some of the things that failed are legitimate things that need to be addressed but others like a rip in the driver's side seat and a misaligned front bumper left me confused. When I asked when they could fix all the problems I was told they could not fit me in in the 30 day time period before I had to get and paid for another inspection. Was also told they would call me back with a quote that afternoon but they never got back to me..... Will not go back there again. Thank you very much!!!
Friendly staff however Absolutely terrible craftsmanship. Our vehicle came back with more issues than it went in with. We’ve had to take it back 4 separate times for them to “attempt” to fix these issues with it only coming back in worse shape. I have no idea how they are SGI accredited as this has been a nightmare to deal with.
I recently had my rear bumper repaired at M D Auto, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Not only did they do an excellent job repairing the damage, but they also handled everything smoothly under the claim process. The repair was completed in a very timely manner, which was greatly appreciated. The receptionist was courteous and patient throughout the process, making the experience even better. Additionally, their thoughtful gesture of dropping me off at home after I left my car for repairs truly went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend M D Auto for their professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
